If the brakes are not "grabbing" (And it's hard to tell with ABS!) or chattering, then unless the noise bothers you it's not a problem. When I say cheap pads, they don't make them with the same material they used 30 years ago. Now a good set of brakes will set you back quite a bit.

I would turn the rear drums, and replace the shoes and make sure the return springs are in place properly. if you don’t hear the noise with emergency brake, then most likely is the front brakes causing the noise.
